How the desk runs
- Seal. 0.01 ETH a ticket. Holders of 10,000 $PULLDESK. Three per wallet per round.
- Close. The 25th ticket closes the round. Unfilled: closes 30 min after the first ticket, anyone can close it.
- Pull. Closing fixes a block three ahead. Its hash, with the round number, mod the tickets in, picks one. Nobody picks, the keeper included.
- Pay. Every other ticket pays the pulled one 0.001. Each keeps 0.009. No house cut.
worked pull
25 tickets × 0.01 = 0.25 ETH in. Block #81,402,113 is mined; its hash lands on ticket 17.
Ticket 17: its 0.01 + 24 × 0.001 = 0.034. The other 24: 0.009 back each. 0.034 + 24 × 0.009 = 0.25.
A round closing on the clock with 6 tickets pays the pulled one 5 × 0.001 = 0.005. A lone ticket gets its 0.01 back.
